It is also hard to be confident in its condition and whether it is well maintained when you haven’t kept it yourself. Plus, there is nothing like owning a caravan or trailer that’s designed and packed exactly the way you like it so you know it is ready to go with your favourite must haves when you go away.
Properties that are rear blocks or have under croft garages present even more challenges. Unless you’re a pro, reversing long distances, in skinny driveways, around awkward corners or on steep hills is intimidating, even more so when its something important to you.
