The owner of this battle-axe property was having a difficult time getting their larger vehicles in and out of the car bay with the tight reversing bay that it had been built with. This was easily solved by the installation of a car turntable.

To repurpose the reversing bay, we knocked out the small awning windows and put in some beautiful French doors that now open up to a delightful little courtyard complete with a water feature and table.
